Off-campus access to Bilkent resources
Bilkent Library's online resources and some other services can only be used from the Bilkent network. The VPN service lets you reach them from home or anywhere else outside the campus.
To connect you need a VPN account. It is used only for the VPN connection and is separate from your STARS/BAIS password.
- Available to current Bilkent students, faculty and staff.
- You need a valid STARS/BAIS ID and password to open an account.
- Alumni cannot be offered VPN access because of the online resources' license terms.
